Online one-to-one Hyrox coaching
You've got more in you than your last race showed. And you know it.
Most Hyrox athletes are training hard. Very few know what to train. We test you first, then we build your plan around your limiting qualities.
Watch Steve break down the four-phase system: Test. Build. Coach. Race.
Why hasn't your time moved?
Hyrox athletes don’t lack effort, but most lack the training structure and periodisation that result in performance improvements.
They jump from one fixed group coaching programme to the next. They copy instagram workouts or try to copy the elites of the sport, which results in a lot of hard work, a lot of training volume, but very little progress.
You step on the startline and give it your all, but your result isn’t what you thought it would be. So you go back and train harder, because that’s the only lever you know how to pull.
The frustrating part is you know you’re capable of more. Nobody has shown you where to put the work.
Why it isn't working
More isn't better. Better is better.
Most athletes we speak to aren't short on effort. They're spending it in the wrong places.
I need to train 20 hours
Maximum recoverable volume is key
Training is all about getting the most amount of progress from the least amount of work.
I’ve got to train harder
Hyrox training isn’t a death match
Understanding the intention behind each session, how it should feel and how to progress week on week is what podium athletes do.
The four-phase system
Test. Build. Develop. Race.
We test you first
We test threshold & aerobic capacity, strength, FTP and race integration.
Build
We build strong foundations in order for you to be able to handle more specificity later down the line.
Develop
We develop the qualities that you as an individual need to succeed in your next race.
Race week, sorted
A race-week call covering fuelling, hydration, your race-day timeline and strategy. The week after, a debrief going through every split with you. Then we plan what's next.
If we can't explain it as coaches, then we're making it up.Steve Fitchet, head coach

Questions
Do I need to be fast?
No. We meet you where you're at. Some of our athletes are chasing podiums. Some want to finish their first race feeling strong. Everyone gets the same testing and the same care.
It's my first race. Is a coach overkill?
You don't need a coach to finish. A coach helps you finish feeling strong, pace it properly and know exactly what to work on next.
Will it fit around my week?
That's the point. We build around your work, family and training time, and adjust it every week. If your slot is 5am before the kids wake up, that's the plan.
I travel a lot for work.
Your plan comes with you. It's in the app, your coach is on WhatsApp, and we move the week around your trips.
I've got a race coming up. Can I still start?
Yes. Tell us your race date when you apply and we'll work out on the call whether to start now or begin your testing week straight after it.
I don't have access to a full gym.
We build the plan around the kit you can get to.
What happens on the call?
A short video call with Steve. We talk about your racing, your goals and what's held you back, show you how coaching works, and you choose your coach. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
